Is there a free website hosting that allows complete html files/ create page by page instead of one having a site creator?

If your serious about your site, or you want to do things properly then its a paid host you should look for. Free hosts may every now and then be good, but they will always have limitations that a serious/proper site should not endure.

I am using a free host to set everything up and then when i can get a job and money,ill get a paid host.
